An Update on LDG’s COVID-19 Response
Since it began, circumstances around the COVID-19 pandemic have shifted continuously – sometimes from week to week or even day to day. Throughout it all, Larson Design Group (LDG) has remained committed to safeguarding the health and safety of our team members, clients and communities.
We continue to take all necessary precautions in alignment with government and health organization recommendations. Our team members are permitted to return to work when and if they feel comfortable, but each office is closely monitored to ensure that there is no more than 25% capacity in any given location and that social distancing is strictly observed. Offices are well supplied with cleaning products and signage reminding staff to maintain social distancing, wash hands and disinfect conference rooms and other common areas. We have instituted the use of a daily health self-assessment screening procedure and sign-in app for any team member working from an office location, and all locations are also limiting or restricting visitors.
Lastly, LDG’s Incident Response Team continues to meet weekly in order to monitor our business impact, state and federal government rules and recommendations, and the way forward.
